About Allpro Audio

Beginnings

Allpro Audio has a history dating back to 1985

Original owner, David Arbon started ‘All Production Enterprises’. Working from his home, David made long lasting relationships within the Festival and Arts community. David also taught his audio skills lecturing at the Adelaide Centre for Performing Arts.

Warehouse Premises and the ‘Allpro’ Brand

In 1997, David bought a warehouse at 37 Wright Street. Allpro Audio was registered and trading. More audio equipment was bought, along with vehicles. A showroom was built at the front as Allpro Audio was also selling domestic Hi-Fi. Tannoy, Bryston, Denon and Sennheiser were the main brands.

A Change of Ownership but the Same Vision

In September 2006, David sold Allpro Audio to Tim Freedman who had been with Allpro Audio since 2000. Tim was dealing with the majority of Allpro Audio’s clientele for the past few years and this, ensured a smooth transition of ownership.

Tim, with his extensive history of touring with various Rock and Cabaret artists, is driven with a passion for excellence and quality, which is reflected in repeat business from our long term clients. A firm belief in the fact that Allpro Audio is in the hands of an ‘Audio Technician’ and not a typical business owner, means that the event and client will always come first.
